Q: How can I place an order?

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will do our best to help you change or cancel it.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: U.S. delivery usually takes around 7–12 business days after the order is shipped. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, customs, and local carrier conditions.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $50.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Product & Compatibility
Q: How do I choose the right phone model?
A: Please select your exact iPhone model before checkout. If you are not sure about your model, you can check it in your phone settings before ordering.
Q: Are your cases compatible with iPhone 11–17 Pro Max?
A: Many of our cases are available for iPhone 11 to iPhone 17 Pro Max. Please check the model options on each product page before ordering.
Q: Are the colors exactly the same as the photos?
A: We try our best to show accurate product colors. However, slight color differences may happen due to lighting, screen settings, or photo angles.
Q: Do your phone cases support MagSafe?
A: Some cases support MagSafe, and some do not. Please check the product title and description carefully before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
A: Please contact us by email with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review it and help you with a replacement or return support.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We offer 30-day return support. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging when possible.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return. If the item is damaged or defective, please contact us first so we can review the case.

Q: Do you offer a first-order discount?
A: Yes. New customers can get $3 off their first order when the promotion is available.
